Procedures for Accessing
AmeriKiDS Membership Benefit Insurance Program
REGISTRATION: TOTAL PROGRAM
If your program is interested in the total insurance program, follow the procedures
below.
PLEASE NOTE: The forms are "fillable" forms that you may type in rather than having
to fill in by hand or you may submit the data electronically through email in an
Excel or Word table format and follow up by sending your payment in the regular
mail.
Step 1: Club Membership
- Download and complete the Club
Membership form. Club membership allows for registration of athletes, sanctioning
competitions and participation in AmeriKiDS sanctioned/member events and other specified
benefits as they develop. Club membership is good for one year from the date of
sign up. No fee for coaches, instructors or staff members.
- Submit the form and $25 registration fee to the AmeriKiDS National Office:

Step 2: Foy Insurance Wrap Around Policy
- Download and complete the
Wrap Around Policy Application. All non-member activities will require an additional
"wrap around" policy at an additional premium.

- After you receive a quote for wrap around policies (if needed) and you determine
that there is a benefit to becoming an AmeriKids Gymnastics club, please proceed
to Step 3.
Step 3: All Students (Competitive and Recreational) Membership
- Competitive Athletes – Download and complete the
Competitive Athlete Registration ($10/athlete).
- Recreational Athletes – Download and complete and submit the
Recreational Athlete Registration ($6/athlete).

Each athlete's coverage is good for one year from the time they are signed up.
All students in your club are covered, within the policy limits, with excess sports
accident insurance and all of your club staff, including appropriate volunteers,
would be covered with the general liability policy for all member and non-member
activities specified in the wrap around policy.
Step 4: Submit Monthly Reports or Registrations
- Clubs opting for the All Students Memberships must submit additional participants
as they become students in your program and pay the appropriate membership fee on
a monthly basis. Coverage will begin when the athlete membership fee is paid to
your club provided it is submitted to the National AmeriKiDS office by the fifth
of the following month.
If your program has no need for the total insurance program, you may opt for the
Competitive Only Registration outlined below.

Step 2: Competitive Only Membership
- Competitive Only – Download, complete and submit the
Competitive Athlete Registration with the membership fee of $10/athlete. Only
registered member athletes may compete in AmeriKiDS sanctioned events. Submit new
registration forms as you add new competitive athletes to your program. Each athlete's
coverage is good for one year from the time they are signed up.
Each member athlete is covered, within the policy limits, with the excess accident
insurance at sanctioned events. Your coaching staff is covered for general liability
in working with these registered member athletes.
